Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 1000 SEK is required. This deposit is deducted from your total session cost, confirming your commitment to the scheduled time. Cancellation Policy: No cancellations are allowed within 48 hours of the appointment time. If you cancel within this period, the full session price will be charged, and the deposit will not be refunded. Deposit Policy: The deposit, once paid, is non-refundable and non-transferable in case of cancellations. It is a testament to your commitment and covers the artist's preparation time. Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule their appointments once, provided the request is made at least 48 hours in advance. No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for the appointment without notice will result in the full session price being charged. By booking I have understand and accept this policy.
